Student Fees Payment Issue

A small number of students have reported that they are experiencing issues seeing the fees payment option on the student record system : 
The issue for some users when trying to log in is due to the web browser on the computer keeping an older connection.
This issue can be resolved by clearing the web browser cache on your computer. Please Note: You must fully shut down all web browsers after clearing the cahce.
For instructions on how to clear the browser cache, please watch the following video or go to the second link and follow the instructions for the web browser you are using.
If you are still experiencing issues, please try the following;
  • Make sure you have fully closed all web browsers
  • Try a different browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari etc.
  • Try Incognito mode in your web browser to test without the cache. For instructions on how to activate Incognito mode in your browser, please go to the following link
  • Fully power off your computer and start it again
