Loop - Page Appears Blank in Web Browser

A small number of customers have reported seeing just a blank page when logging into Loop. This is an issue in the web browser used to access Loop onLoop your computer and can easily be fixed by clearing the cache (temporary files) of the web browser.

 

For information on how to clear your web browser cache, please go to the following link and follow the instructions for the browser that you use;
You can also trying accessing Loop from another browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome in order to check that you can still access Loop.
